Bodyless in a Second

Bapdada continues to advise his children that they should make perfect the practice of becoming "bodyless in a second". Bapdada has explained that this is the practice of becoming incorporeal by adopting your "eternal form of the soul" and meeting Him in the Supreme region or Soul’s World in a second. From here, you can then adopt your subtle form or inner body of white light and meet with Him and Brahma Baba in the subtle region. You can then return to your corporeal form of Brahmin life on earth. This practice of being incorporeal, subtle and corporeal can be done in "one second drills" and repeated many times a day. This is the method to attain perfection by a "shortcut effort".
